Siobhãn Miller
Physiotherapist
My goal as a physio is to get my clients back to what they love doing most. I don’t believe getting older means having to put up with more injuries and having to give up the things that you love. I do believe everyone has the capacity to heal and achieve what they want to at any age and with any condition.
From qualifying at Liverpool University in 2012, my physio work has taken me from the NHS, to working as a ski physio in the French Alps, to teaching professional rugby teams how to get more flexible.
Personal interests:
In my spare time I love being outdoors, skiing, running or climbing.

We were asked at the time to take a small video of the exercises we were to carry out at home to aid recovery and build strength.
