Prior to training to be a Physiotherapist Lily completed a Sports and Exercise Science Degree at Leeds Metropolitan University and worked as a Sports Massage Therapist for a Rugby Unions team and sports events across the country. She also worked in massage and beauty therapy in luxury hotels in Ibiza. Lily is a Qualified Level 1 APPI Pilates Instructor and loves to challenge herself with learning more Pilates skills and incorporate this into her rehabilitation. Lily really tries to take her time to understand what is most important to her patients and loves to help people achieve their personal goals.

Personal interests:

She firmly believes in finding the route of the problem and optimising outcomes to prevent injury in the future. Personally, Lily enjoys running at a local running club, weight training, Pilates, Skiing, Hiking and generally anything with a bit of adventure. Having her fair share of her own injuries and complex foot surgery, Lily is very understanding of how difficult pain and injuries can be to overcome, so she will support you every step of the way to make a fully recovery.
