Personal interests:
“I have been a client of Siobhãn for more than two years. I have quite a complex and shifting physical condition which Siobhãn has managed with expert skill, motivation, and a keen ability to keep me positive and moving forward in, at times, quite challenging circumstances. Siobhãn has created a brilliant mix of very targeted Yoga, Pilates, and physiotherapy to keep me functioning. I wholeheartedly recommend Siobhãn and her practice.”

“Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality
Couldn’t recommend Siobhan enough, she is knowledgeable, professional and has made a huge difference to my long running back pain issue in a short space of time.
She took the time to really listen and understand my problem, assessed me and put together a programme that was easy to understand and really effective.
I only wish I had found Nidd Valley Physio sooner.”

“Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality
Excellent treatment from a knowledgeable, caring professional. My wife and I have been seeing Siobhan for over two years now, both pilates and physiotherapy. The results achieved have been marvellous. She takes the time to assess your condition, develop a remedial plan and make it all understandable. Her enthusiasm is infectious. In short, she is a superstar who has managed to keep us mobile. Highly recommend.”

“Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality
My husband and i first started to see Siobhan for Physio Therapy for separate issues. The information and treatment we both received has been second to none. We were asked at the time to take a small video of the exercises we were to carry out at home to aid recovery and build strength. We both felt this was a great idea and very useful to ensure we were doing the exercises correctly.
We now continue to see Siobhan for Pilates classes to improve our strength, Balance and mobility which we both thoroughly enjoy.
We would and have previously reccomended Nidd Valley Physio.”

“I had back pain for a couple of years, but was able to resolve it after a few trips to Nidd Valley Physio. It seems my problem was actually in my hips. Tom was able to sort me out with some exercises and habits which have been very effective, I have been without pain for a couple of months now. Overall a great experience.”

It was great to talk to someone who understood my sport and could diagnose the issue so accurately. I can highly recommend!”
